Shipping: 
Please take note when selecting your shipping method. If you opt for our economy shipping option it can take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

This can be on top of our 1-3 days processing your orders.

If you would like your order sooner, do not pick this option. 
Once your order has been placed, we typically aim to process your order the same day.

If you place your order by accident let us know ASAP.

If we have processed your order already, we are unable to issue you a refund.

Refunds:
All our products are made to order, which means they are produced especially for you.

For this reason, we cannot issue refunds or process cancellations, so please read the item's description carefully before you place your order.

All sales are final.

What if my order hasn't arrived?: 
If it has been 30 days since you placed your order and it hasn't arrived, send us an email so we can give you information about your order in case it has been lost or if there was a delay.

If it's been 40 days or offer to send out a replacement at your decision. If it hasn't been 40 days since you placed your order, do not request a refund. Do not file a refund dispute with your bank or PayPal within this time as you may incur an additional fee.
